client's specifications. Errigal SLAs include ongoing application
training, comprehensive documentation and "train the trainer"
scenarios.
Third-Party OSS Software Support
Errigal support associates are not your average customer
service representatives. Our product suite requires in-depth wireless
systems knowledge in order to support a user community of RF and
Network engineers. As a result, Errigal can provide first-level
support for certain in-house wireless applications or in partnership
