About Us

Errigal started in 1996 delivering operations and support system (OSS) software to the telecom industry. Since then Errigal has developed a reputation for robust and trusted solutions in the Network/Fault Management, Performance Management and Configuration Management/Inventory arenas. Our products are used by thousands of users all over the world and we have developed very high levels of customer satisfaction. One of the main reasons for this is that we maintain very close relationships with our customers.

In our custom software development projects, we never consider a requirements document to be the only source of input for a project. We will constantly work with the end users throughout the development cycle to ensure that the correct needs are being met. We will deliver a prototype of the product as early as possible so that end users can give further input before the final product is delivered.

In our software products we have had many years to develop robust and live-network tested software. Even under peak usage, we have unusually low outage times of our software. We go through a severe regression test software process with our own test servers, using simulators before any software is released to production systems.
